Raranga Harakeke
An entry level programme to teach you some basic weaving techniques and finishes, how to sustainably cut flax and the tikanga involved.
Make putiputi (flower), kono (basket) and other items of interest. Bring kai to share. 4 hours per week this programme is offered in Taupō and may be offered in Mangakino and Turangi.
